  TIME FLIES Time never waits on you. Wait for time yet with time. Stay with time to know the time. Time you know never waits a second. Like a river, time is. Tik tok... tik tok... time counts. Flowing flowing never to return, Forward forward never to halt, Diminishing diminishing never to finish. Plough now while the season last, Lest you plough while the others sow. Like a vapor, time is. Tik tok... tik tok... time counts. Leaving it members never to return, Vanishing into the air never to be seen. Sow now while the season last, Lest you sow while the others reap. Like a sword, time is. Tik tok... tik tok... time counts. Trimming all hurdle on it path never to look back, Leaving many things undone never to wait a second, Cut it now lest it cut you. YOU KNOW YOU ARE ? You have, you still have to, You will still have to, when you have, then you see you have Yes! Made effort. Blind? No she's not  With an eagle eye, she watches,  The world is watching, she's waiting on your day.  You will be noticed only when you have. You are the little star that illuminates the whole world. The hope in a despairing heart, The smile in a crying face, The dimple in a wrinkled face, Not yet you know, but when have, then you see you are. You are the light at the end of a tunnel, The sunshine in a dark night, The rainfall in arid, The blowing wind without season. Not yet you know, but when you have, then you see you are.   COME, LET'S RESOLVE. Come take a walk with me, Let's walk round the turf, Let's strike the terrene, Let's catch some fun, Let's have a good time once again. Come hold my han's, Let's forget our dispute, Let's reunite, Let me feel the clemency of your han's once again, Let's talk it through, Let's renew our friendship like the day we met first. Come give me a hug, Let's have a good time, Let's forget our worries, Let celebrate life, Let's trash those pieces then live in peace. Come give me a snog, Let me feel the mystery, Let's turn to the sky. Let's solemnize the correlation. DEAD BUT ALIVE I can hear a voice It sounds like that of my creator Mother earth is calling I have to respond now I ought to submit to my creator I knew I wouldn't live for ever, But never knew the time will be too short, and now it's time, the hour is here Dear friend When you get home please.. Tell the children I'm still around Tell the woman that her man is not far away Tell Mum his son is coming back Dad have waited soo long, I've to go n' meet him there Then tell the world never to miss me Mother nature is blaring, I've to leave no I will leave my mansion to live in a muddy ground When you lay my body to rest, Bury me with a seed in my hand The flesh I spent soo much wealth on, will decay Rain will fall on my remains Sun will shine on my remains I will sprout roots, I will grow big Then I'll be back to life in another form, Life is Life Good night now Tell the world I will be right back POET:© CHUKWUNNABUIKEM UGOCHUKWU 14/01/22

  LEARN TO LIVE Awful things really happened in the past. Growing up, I had the notion that life is soft. Now I'm beard by hurdles on my path, I never knew I would one-day be the guest, Doing things as though I will forever remain a tot. Even then, I thought my deeds were right. And now from experience I say to you... Life you see is stage by stage, To succeed you must take it step by step. And be careful not to miss a step, Otherwise you fall back to start from your first step. Until you achieve your desired goal never you wait or stop. Never look back in order to remain steady and strong. When you proceed never you be in haste. Remain focused never you love or hate. Think positively and that remains your fate. In all your doing never you strive to please all heart. And then be careful with your actions in order to hurt no heart. Learn to Live and Live to Learn. IT'S OVER [My New Year] The days, When worries kept me down, Watching Success as it passes by, It's over. The days, When progress seemed to be animus towards me, when I was surrounded by hurdles, It's over. The days,  When failure was known to be my closest neighbor, rendering all my effort futile, It's over. The days, When my mind was intent on yielding gloomy notion, It's over. The days, When I wander in darkness, refusing light as it came close to me, It's over. My years of worries is over  My years of hitch is over. My years of toiling is over. And now I welcome...
